Project Architect/Project Manager

The role:
Full-time 40 hrs/week
Location: OKC or Norman
Salaried with benefits (PTO, Retirement Program, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance)

MA+ Architecture, a leading Architecture and Interior Design firm in Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time Project Architect/Project Manager to work with members of our Architecture and Interior Design Team. Applicant must be proficient in the latest Revit software, Bluebeam, MS Office, and MS Teams. This role requires strong organization and management skills, able to work individually or in a team environment, work closely with clients, and the ability to execute commercial architecture projects from schematic design through construction documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the project team with the management of design intent, overall scope, budget, and/or schedule of project.
- Meet with client on regular basis to establish project scope and budget.
- Review and make recommendations on changes, invoices and pay applications.
- Proactively coordinate with general contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, consultants etc.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or greater from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience

Additional:
- Professional licensed Architect in the State of Oklahoma preferred but not required.
- Ability to manager multiple commercial design projects.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural specifications and ability to reach drafted drawing sets.





Licensed Interior Designer

The role: Full-time 40 hrs/week
Location: OKC or Norman
Salaried with benefits (PTO, Retirement Program, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance)

MA+ Architecture, a leading Architecture and Interior Design firm in Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time Licensed Interior Designer to work with members of its Architecture and Interior Design Team. Applicant must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software and have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in Interior Design. This role requires a collaborative approach to design, the ability to multitask, and a comprehensive knowledge of construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with product vendors to evaluate and select interior materials and finishes.
- Attend occasional networking/continued education events outside of work.
- Manage design projects and work with architects on comprehensive designs during all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate with and work under the guidance of the Director of Interior Design.

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Interior Design.

Additional:
- Licensed Interior Designer with the State of Oklahoma.
- Comprehensive experience in design standards, code compliance, and creating and reading construction documents.
- Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate well with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Ability to balance multiple Interior Design concept projects while maintaining project deadlines.
- Initiative and willingness to keep up with trends in Interior Design and Architecture.
