Mid-Del Public Schools hired MA+ to master plan and assist with bond planning for their three high schools to help them in passing the largest bond issue in Mid-Del History. The team successfully passed a $492 million dollar bond issue that included these projects below and all will be complete by February 2027:

• Indoor practice facilities for Midwest City, Del City and Carl Albert High Schools.

  • These facilities include:

    
    

    • 50,000 square feet

      
      

    • Artificial Turf fields approximately 50-yards in length with 10-yard end zones

      
      

    • Men’s and Women’s locker rooms

      
      

    • Classrooms, Training Rooms and Restrooms

      
      

    • Facilities will be used by all sports and fine arts for each school

• Carl Albert Classroom addition that consists of an addition of approximately 28,000 square feet that consists of 16 classrooms, offices, storm shelter and restrooms.

• Midwest City Fine Arts addition consists of an addition of approximately 24,000 square feet that has a new band room, orchestra room, choir room, and drama room with a storm shelter and restrooms.

• Del City Fine Arts addition consists of an addition of approximately 12,000 square feet that has a new band room and choir room with a storm shelter and restrooms.
