MA+ Architecture was selected to provide architectural services for design improvements to the baseball field and accessories buildings. This work included replacing the outfield fence, improvements to the field to address water drainage issues and repainting the existing facility. In addition to the existing facility improvements, it was requested that the outdated scoreboard be replaced. The new scoreboard features netting in front of the scoreboard to protect it from baseballs. A new entry gateway, ticket booth and concessions building are also being provided as part of the baseball improvements. A baseball umpire changing room located at the corner of the right field fence is also being provided that will be utilized in the offseason as a football ticket booth. All the facilities are to be repainted/painted to create a uniform appearance reflecting the school colors and improving pride in the baseball program.
