MA+ Architecture was hired to design a new theatre facility for the award-winning SWOSU Theatre Department. The concept was a black box experimental theatre where audience seating and the stage could be set up in various configurations. The project includes a new 10,000-square-foot facility that includes a black box theatre, sound/lighting booth, concessions, lobby, restrooms, dressing rooms, costume storage and scene shop. The project was completed in the fall of 2008.
