In this project, our team remodeled an existing 1950s facility that spanned over 36,291 square feet. The renovation included upgrading the electrical and mechanical systems to bring the building up to current building code, as well as adding additional space to meet the college's education requirements. The exterior was remodeled in a stylized version of the University of Oklahoma's Cherokee Gothic architecture, enabling the existing building to integrate with the new addition and the surrounding building facades.
