Blaire Folkes
Licensed Interior Designer
LID, NCIDQ, IIDA
Blaire has always loved design. Growing up, she would rearrange the furniture in her bedroom to feel like she had a new room, and loved creating entirely new environments. In college, she planned out her dorm room design down to the last detail, even building a 3D model out of construction paper! Her friend told her that she should switch majors from Early Childhood Education to Interior Design, and Blaire never looked back.
Design isn't just about making things look pretty - it's about using the creative side of your brain along with the logical problem-solving side to improve people's lives through their environment. Blaire knows this firsthand, and is passionate about helping others see their potential through great design.
Blaire followed her parents' and grandparents' footsteps and attended Oklahoma Christian University where she played basketball, served in a social service club, and earned a bachelor's degree in Interior Design in 2018. In 2020, Blaire was nominated for the IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter Emerging Leaders Program. She currently serves on the Council for the Interior Design Association City Center and has her sights set on completing her last exams to become NCIDQ certified.
When she's not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Zach, their two dogs Dani and Leo, and their family and friends. Whether that's trying new restaurants, going to local coffee shops, hosting dinner parties, watching movies, playing basketball, making pottery, or traveling the world.
